If you’re having trouble installing, activating, downloading, or using one of our plugins, start here.
Installation Help
Mac:
1. Download the Mac installer.
2. Open the .pkg file.
3. Follow the installer steps.
4. Restart your DAW.
5. Open your DAW’s plugin manager if the plugin does not appear right away.
Windows:
1. Download the Windows package.
2. Install or copy the VST3 file to your VST3 folder.
3. Restart your DAW.
4. Rescan plugins if needed.
License Help
After purchasing a plugin, you’ll receive your license information by email.
If you do not see your license email:
• Check your spam/junk folder
• Search your inbox for “In Touch Audio”
• Make sure you are checking the email used at checkout
• Contact support with your name, purchase email, and order number
Common Fixes
The plugin is not showing in my DAW.
Restart your DAW and rescan your plugins. On Mac, make sure the AU or VST3 was installed correctly. On Windows, make sure the VST3 is in the correct VST3 folder.
My license is not working.
Double-check that you copied the license exactly as shown in your email. If it still does not work, contact support with your order number and purchase email.
I bought the plugin but did not get an email.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it still is not there, contact support and include the email address used at checkout.
Can I use the plugin on multiple computers?
Use the plugin only for your own personal/studio use. Do not share your license publicly or distribute it to other people.
